Outsource Queue lets you hand off documents to a trusted external signing service or notary without losing visibility, control, or your client relationship.
Set the document up for notarization, assign it to our Outsource Queue, and a signing service takes it from there. You stay in the loop. They handle the signing.
Managing high volume signings has never been easier. Admin users in Business or Enterprise accounts can create and customize queues in just a few steps:
No app-switching, no manual hand-offs, no chasing down status updates.
Not every signing looks the same, so Outsource Queue gives you two options:
Online Outsource Queue For documents that need to be signed and notarized remotely using RON (Remote Online Notarization). Ideal when your overflow work can be completed entirely online.
Mobile Outsource Queue For documents that require an In-Person Electronic Notarization or paper based notarization. The external notary gets the documents ready and meets the signer face-to-face; you just hand off the logistics.
If you’re an in-house notary at a signing service that’s been added to someone else’s Outsource Queue, you’ll see it the moment you log in.
A new folder appears under My Documents > Inbox, labeled with the company name of the account that added you.
Inside, you’ll find a subfolder for each Outsource Queue they’ve assigned you to clearly marked as either an Online Outsource Queue or a Mobile Outsource Queue, so you always know what kind of signing you’re walking into before you open it.

Can On-Behalf Signatures be used on documents from an Outsource Queue? Yes. If a signer needs someone to sign on their behalf, you or the on-behalf signer can select the correct signature text, even on a document that’s been routed through an Outsource Queue.
How do you make sure the right people are accessing my documents? Once you create and save a queue, the signing service you selected receives an email with an authorization code and your contact details. They can’t pull a single document from the queue until they verify that code with you directly.
