Home // Support // How to Create an Outsource Queue
Outsource Queue lets you set up documents for notarization and then assign them to an external company, who will handle the notarization on your behalf. It’s there for when you need extra support managing your notarization workload — instead of completing every signing in-house, you can route selected documents to a trusted notary or signing service outside your organization.
After creating and saving the outsource queue, the signing service you selected for the queue will receive an email notifying them that you have added them to an outsource queue, and that contains an authorization code and your contact details.
Before they can start taking documents from the outsource queue, they will have to provide you authorization code.
Once you have received this authorization code from the signing service:
If you are an in-house notary in a signing service organization that has been added to one or more outsource queues by at least one account, you will see a new folder in My Documents > Inbox, identified with the following icon seen in the image below and containing the account’s company name.
Under that folder, you will see subfolders for each outsource queue that account has added you to, with online outsource queues identified, and mobile outsource queues.
If you encounter any difficulties setting up this new feature, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
