Secured Signing, a global leader in Digital Signatures, Video Signing, and Remote Online Notarization (RON), announces the launch of the ID Trust Console, a new real-time identity monitoring capability designed to help organizations detect identity swaps, deepfake impersonation, and other forms of fraud during live online transactions.
As deepfake technology becomes increasingly convincing, a participant may successfully pass identity verification and deepfake screening before a meeting begins but then be replaced during the session by another individual or a deepfake without detection.
The ID Trust Console was built to close this gap, regularly checking that the person in the meeting is the same real person who was invited, by comparing their live face against their ID verification results throughout the session.
“Verifying someone’s identity once, at the very start of a meeting, is no longer enough,” said Mike Eyal, CEO at Secured Signing. “The ID Trust Console was designed to give our customers regular, repeated confidence and compliance throughout the meeting, not just a single point-in-time check.”

The platform also automatically re-tests the signer throughout the meeting. If a scan raises a concern, the host is notified instantly and can remove the signer immediately, with no need to end or restart the session.
The ID Trust Console requires no setup, configuration, and is automatically available within the Secured Signing platform for Video Signing and Remote Online Notarization meetings where pre-meeting Identity Verification (IDV) or Realify Deepfake Detection has been completed.
