Choose the additional services that suit your workflow and signing requirements. QES signatures are charged separately from the session pricing cap.
Your Electronic Notary Business plan gives you access to the platform to use when and as you need with documents and templates saved. We also give you 300 document uploads and 25 Secured Signing credits (valued at £50) each year for your account. These documents and credits are shared across all users on your account.
If your appointment takes longer than 30-minutes you will be charged per minute due to additional costs required for video conference time.
With an annual plan, there are no hidden costs. You pay for access to the platform which is included in your annual fee, and then you pay for Secured Signing credits to be used for different features included in the electronic notarisation process. These features include IDV, Realify, notary eSeal, etc.
No. Neither the notary or the customer need any special software or hardware. Sessions can be conducted fast and easily using your internet browser.
Notary can upload document file size up to 50MB.
To use optional add on features as you need them simply add Secured Signing credits to your account in advance (you can also enable auto-top up). Your credits will then be utilised as you use the features outlined in the pricing table above.
