Step 1:
When sending a document from We Sign, Form Filler, RON or Smart Tags, go to the invitation workflow.
Step 2:
For any invitee that you need to complete ID verification, select the ID Verification option from the ‘Authentication’ dropdown, then send the document when you’re ready.
Step 3:
Now all invitees that you selected ‘ID Verification’ for will have to complete an ID scan before signing.

The invitee opens the link to sign in the invitation email and enters the email passcode.
In the ‘Credential Analysis – ID Verification’ page, the invitee either scans the QR code on their smartphone, or enters their mobile number to send an SMS with the link to scan their ID.
Once the invitee has opened the link to IDV on their smartphone, they will first be asked to grant motion and rotation access, then accept the privacy consent.
Step 4:
Then, the invitee will be asked to first capture a photo of the front of their ID, and then a photo of the back of their ID.
Step 5:
Finally, the invitee will be asked to take a selfie to check against their photo ID, and the process will be completed.
