Edit Page Mode

The PDF Edit Feature Built into Secured Signing

Your documents rarely arrive in perfect shape. A page is missing, an old page is still in there, or the order is wrong. Secured Signing’s PDF Edit feature, Edit Page Mode, lets you fix all of that before you send, without leaving the platform.

Add, remove and rearrange pages in the We Sign, Form Filler and Notary designers, then send straight out for signing.

What is the Secured Signing PDF Edit feature?

Edit Page Mode is our PDF Edit feature. It gives you control over your document’s pages while you’re creating it, so it’s ready to sign the moment you are.

It’s built for teams across legal, sales, procurement, HR and more, anyone who prepares documents for signing and wants fewer steps between “draft” and “done.”

Why use the PDF Edit feature (Edit Page Mode)?

Edit Page Mode lets you add, remove or rearrange pages before sending your document for signing through We Sign, Form Filler or our RON platform. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

  1. Add pages
Add pages when you need extra content, supporting information or room for something new.
  2. Remove pages
Cut what doesn’t belong. Removing unnecessary pages keeps documents clear, saves your signers time and puts the most relevant information front and centre.
  3. Reorder pages
Put your document in the right order for your purpose. Whether you’re in the We Sign, Form Filler or Notary designers, you can rearrange pages in a few clicks.

Where you can use Edit Page Mode

  • We Sign: prepare documents for remote signing
  • Form Filler: build and adjust forms before sending
  • Notary designer: get documents in order for notarization, including remote online notarization (RON)
