Getting your Digital Signature Invitation to the Right People

In this second blog post on the all new Secured Signing we will be covering some great improvements to inviting people to sign your documents online. Its a process we call We Sign.  Specifically, well be stepping through rerouting or declining an invitation to sign.

The person who will digitally sign your document is not always the person youve been talking to during the process of reaching the agreement. In the case of a significant purchase, the selection process and product investigation will have been with the sales team, while the final contract document may need to be signed by a more senior executive. In this case, We Sign now provides you with the option of allowing your invitees to reroute the invitation to sign.

You choose whether your invitees are able to reroute or decline their invitation. Clicking the reroute button in the invitation email will prompt the invitee to provide the name and email address of the person who should sign the document. That person will then be issued with a new invitation to sign. Of course the rerouting is recorded in the document log for complete transparency of process.

If your invitee clicks the decline button in the email, they will be asked for the reason they are declining to sign.  This will be recorded in the document log.

Anytime an invitation to sign is rerouted or declined, the document owner will be notified of the changes by email.

One of the great benefits of working locally with our customers is hearing firsthand how we can improve Secured Signing to make their work life easier. The people we work with in procurement and contracts in particular, will welcome these enhancements to We Sign to make it even simpler to get their documents signed online.

The options to enable rerouting or declining are managed under My Settings in the My Account page once you are logged in to Secured Signing.

Next time well continue our tour of the new capabilities of Secured Signing with a look at using SMS as a second form of identity verification.

Secured Signing Digital Signature Reveals Bulk Recruitment

25 February, 2014

Anne M. Mulcahy once said: “Customers require the effective integration of technologies to simplify their workflow and boost efficiency.”

Well, it is the customers as well as a company’s employees, managers, and stakeholders who applaud Secured Signing’s latest innovative development that allows recruitment companies and HR Departments to fill a large number of positions rapidly.

With Robert Walter’s latest annual salary survey (10 February 2014) predicting an increased activity in the property, construction, and IT industries, the ability to broadcast mass invitations for candidates to fill-in and eSign large amounts of paperwork becomes of paramount importance.

Secured Signing’s bulk recruitment solution enables the HR / Recruitment consultant to digitally and promptly:

  • Choose suitable forms
  • Add lists of candidates
  • Send bulk invitations to fill-in and sign online documents
  • Monitor and manage the process in real-time

The adoption of a streamlined hiring process facilitates a cost-effective, accurate, and reliable electronic process which at Secured Signing also incorporates the X509 Personalised PKI Digital Signature that highly secures technology to certify signatories’ authenticity, data integrity, and ensure non-repudiation of forms and transactions.

Couldn’t ask for more.

Secured Signing Digital Signature Reaches New Highs

At this time of year, we are busy examining last year’s events and achievements, while engaging in predictions and plans for the coming one. Whether it’s our personal life or work journey, and whether we aware of it or not, no one escapes this inevitable meaningful process.

On December 3rd, Forbes released IDC’s Top Ten Technology Predictions for 2014. The one that definitely stole the title of the list was about the spending on Cloud Computing in 2014, which is predicted to reach the $100b mark!

The research firm explains this colossal figure with the inclusion of cloud infrastructure, software, and payment for service. Furthermore, their results envisage a dramatic increase in services’ specialized areas, raise of data centers’ numbers, and a battle for cloud developers that will enhance this inevitable growth.

So, where do we fit in the above picture, and what does our soul searching reveal? Well, in 2013 Secured Signing’s customer base expanded remarkably with new users of our innovative Pay As You Go plan, from companies who required our customized concepts or businesses, and organizations that chose to use Secured Signing’s compliant and comprehensive digital signature and eForm solution as is.

Growing involvement with a variety of industries throughout this year revealed a significant transformation from paper-based business processes to electronic ones. Besides a search for improved efficiency, reduction in operational and processing costs, easy implementation, and other obvious advantages, the customers’ decision to adopt our Cloud service is primarily due to Secured Signing’s high and unique level of security offered: the User’s Encrypted Personalized X509 PKI Digital Signature Certificate that seals and protects your electronic document and automatically detects and notifies of any changes.

And as for 2014 plans? An exciting new website, incredible new cutting-edge features, and of course, our continuing renowned professional customer service.

I would like to finish this year’s blog with a sincere Thank You for your continued support, engaging comments, and ongoing contribution. Wishing you and your loved ones a Great Festive Season, and a Healthy, Happy New Year!

Till next time,

Cheers, John.

Secured Signing Digital Signature Online Service Slashes Costs

A recent article (22 April, 2012) by Brandon Bailey discussed the 2011 performance of businesses in Silicon Valley. Not surprisingly, Apple led the 150 large companies with $128 billion in annual sales, and astonishingly, nearly $33 billion profit. However, the picture across the board revealed mixed results, particularly when compared to 2010 figures. Slow financial recovery in the US, economic chaos in Europe, and Asia’s natural disasters, are all legitimate contributors according to Bailey. Nevertheless, there are a few exceptions that mainly come from “related trends- such as the explosive growth of social networking, cloud computing, and big data.”

Any conclusion? While keeping in mind the ever-changing scenario of technological trends, it is obviously best to be on the side of current proven winning technology, whether as a manufacturer, consumer, or user. A recent KPMG report on the impact of cloud computing in Australia states: “it is clear from KPMG’s analysis that, should Australian organizations adopt cloud platforms as expected across their ICT requirements – as more mature markets such as the US suggest is likely – then the benefits at both the enterprise and aggregate economy level could be substantial.”  It continues to say:  “These include lowering ICT operation and capital expenditure by up to 25 percent and 50 percent respectively.” (The Australian, 2 May, 2012)

Whilst a conservative approach for handling budget and expenses would always require a careful review (of both), and a ‘stick to budget’ attitude, the ‘upgrade your technology’ rule should never be neglected, especially in the current business environment. Secured Signing’s digital signature cloud-based solution is no exception; businesses that choose to sign documents online with the Secured Signing service eliminate the printing, scanning, document storage, delivery, and handling of paper all together. Implementing eSignature service saves time, cuts operational and processing costs, expedites the entire business workflow, and frees up staff, budget, and other resources for their core business.

Sophie Beers, Yarra Ranges Council’s Procurement Officer concluded her exceptionally positive experience with the advanced electronic signature solution: “Time frames for signature on Evaluation Reports and Contracts have reduced from 1-2 weeks to a matter of an afternoon. Cost and time saving is literally immeasurable, and has paved the way for us to move wholly into paperless office.”

I rest my case.

Till next time,

Cheers, John.

Digital Signature delivers instant mass Invitations

“Efficiency is doing things right; effectiveness is doing the right things.” Peter F. Drucker

Too often organizations and businesses of any size face the challenge to get a prompt signature on a document from multiple customers, employees, or business associates. Even in the current online era, sending invitations for signatures to each single person takes time and affects the workflow and efficiency of business processes.

Whether the business documents are company policies, waivers, a Director’s resolution, permission slips, or others, the innovative digital signature service’s broadcasting solution allows users to simultaneously send an online signing invitation to a list of invitees. With just a click of the mouse, a user has the ability to manage the signing process, and the flexibility to manually create a signatories list from existing records within the service, or by importing a list in xlsx, xls, or csv file format.

My fellow bloggers will testify that I usually make a considerable effort to avoid any blunt promotion of the Secured Signing service, but I find it impossible to resist this time. The superior functionality, feature’s simplicity, legal compliance, and security level of the user-based PKI digital signature (advanced electronic signature) technology are second to none!  The elimination of paper handling, reduced expenses, and satisfied end users who experience exceptional customer service – are all testimony to the effectiveness mentioned above.

Digital Signature for Recruitment Completes the Paperless Solution for Hiring Staff

Secured Signing’s service enables recruitment agencies and their clients to digitally sign employment forms online, and experience the benefits of a timely, efficient, and compliant process.

Secured Signing, the provider of user-based, PKI digital signature, cloud-based service, today announced the release of an innovative solution for recruitment companies that expedites, simplifies, and automates their hiring process.

At present, recruitment agencies hand over enrolment documents and employment contracts by e-mail, fax, or mail requesting new candidates to sign, scan, and send back by fax, e-mail, or by post. The document turn-around combined lengthy practices that delay applicant’s response time and cause interruptions for employers who need to fill the position promptly. This action becomes even more disruptive when employers are seeking to urgently hire temp staff or contractors.

Secured Signing’s customized forms for candidate application and contract offer an incomparable solution that enables consultants and their clients to easily and promptly sign and deliver documents. A business process that previously took few days or weeks is done with Secured Signing in a few minutes! The competitive, state-of-the-art electronic signing form provides an instant, low cost, and effective legally binding response that improves customer service and satisfies candidates and employers’ short- and long-term requirements.

“Secured Signing’s design for recruitment provides a powerful turnkey solution that eliminates the paper trail and enables recruitment agencies of all sizes to optimize their recruitment process in a secure online environment,” said Mike Eyal, Managing Director at Secured Signing. “Secured Signing’s unique electronic signature approach offers obvious benefits to all parties involved and demonstrates the capabilities of our world class online signing service.”
