Verifying Digital Signatures


Option 1: Use the verifier tool on our website

Navigate to the verifier page of this website from the main menu Products > Signatures Verification.

Click verify to browse to Signed PDF File and upload the document you wish to verify.

Click verify to check all signatures embedded in the document are valid.

Option 2: Verifier tool in Adobe PDF Reader

Open the signed document with Adobe Reader (this example in Adobe Reader Ver. XI).

Click on Digital Signature Field -> Signature Properties -> Show Signer Certificate -> Trust Tab -> Click Add to Trusted Certificates -> Ok -> Reopen the Signe PDF File

Now the Adobe reader trusted the Secured Signing root certificate and the digital signature able to be verified by Adobe reader.

Option 3: Verifier tool (Account > Viewer)

Step 1: Log in to Secured Signing

Navigate to www.securedsigning.com and click the Secured Sign In tab on the top-right of the page. Fill out your login details and click Login.

Step 2: Show the signed document in the Document Viewer & verify

In your My Documents -> Signed folder click the verify icon in the grid. A pop-up with signatures are valid will appear.

Or do the following:

In your My Documents -> Signed folder click on the view icon in the grid. You will be taken to the Document Viewer with your document loaded. Click Verify to verify signatures and display signatures settings.
