Home // Support // Adding a Guest to a RON session
Adding a Guest to a RON session with your Secured Signing account is fairly easy.
Simply Login to your account. Ensure you have the necessary permission to initiate a RON session. On the dashboard, click Notary button to create a RON meeting. Complete the Notary Wizard steps 1 & 2.
At Step 3: Add Clients/ Notary, click + Add Guest to add a Guest section. Input the required details of the Guest. You will need their full name and email addresses. The Guest’s Authentication Type will come up as Personal Knowledge by Default.
Once all participant details are filled in, finalize the Notary Wizard as usual. The invitees will receive an email with a link to join the session.
Quick Tip: Loop in your guest early! Adding a Guest to a RON session is not the only process you can do on Notary Wizard: Step 3, from here you can add a Signer or Witness on the process.
