Go to any entity detail (e.g. Accounts, Contacts, Leads)
Click ... to open extra menu items if you can't see in menu.
File list show all the word template for current entity (include personal template and system template)
Choose the word template you want to send to Secured Signing
Click Send for Signature button to send form to Secured Signing
Fill invitee firstname/lastname/email
Smart Tag in Smart Doc already told Secured Signing where the signature location, so, you don't need to position it.
Click Next button to continue
Choose Due Date
Click Send button to send the document to invitee
The invitee will get the email and a tracking record will be added into "Activities" tab (besides "Notes" tab) for the same entity.
