Inside Sales Consultant


About Us:

Launched in 2010, Secured Signing is a leading cloud based digital signature software. We've been recognised in the top 3 E-Signature vendors in the world, in both 2017 & 2018.

About the role:

The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Consultant is to manage inbound leads that come from various sales channels in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for outbound sales call directed by business needs.

  • Ensure all inbound customer enquiries via the phone, email or the web are answered within the shortest time frame possible.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with prospective customers
  • Manage and record all sales enquiries via the CRM.(SalesForce)
  • Work with marketing to manage and deliver on current campaigns
  • Assist marketing and sales team with any events/tradeshows/webinars, etc.
  • Support BDM's in generating leads and appointments

About You:

  • 1 to 2 years plus in a customer service or sales role preferably in the Saas sector.
  • Self driven and motivated by success. Looking to make a difference in a company going through significant growth
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with internet research
  • Proven record of strong client relationships and revenue Target achievement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proven track record of teamwork and responsiveness.
  • Experienced in Pipeline Management, Effective time management and planning skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills (Phone and email)
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of the customer and articulate a value proposition
