Step by Step process on How to build your Templates with Secured Signing Form Filler
New Template
2. Select any approved file from your File Manager and click Create Template to start Tagging

3. Tag the Document with Signature for Signing and Needs to View for viewing the document only, no signature required
4. Resize and Position the Signature Box on the Document. Signature Settings for extra features to customise the process as well as adding a Witness Signer.
5. Click Add Form Field and Select from the List of Form Field options

6. The most used Form Field is Text Box. Set the Field Settings accordingly based on the workflow.
7. Date Picker is another Form Field option available. Field Settings are available for this field as well.
8. Drop Down List is a useful field for when you want the invitee to choose an option from a list. Field Settings are available to customise the workflow.
9. Multi Line Text Box is a Text Field for invitees to input longer texts, comments or notes.

Check Box to get the Invitee to Select one or more options.
Radio Button allows the Invitee to choose a single option from a set or group of options
File Upload Button to request invitees to upload files during the Filling process
Strikethrough Text to add Strikethrough mark to void or invalidate a section from the Document
Blur a Region to hide sensitive information or section from the Document
Multiple Invitees
11. Templates can have as much Invitees as required. Invitees can be a mix of Signers and Viewers, as well as default Invitees on the process.
Adding an additional invitee can be done during the Tagging, and set a Default Invitee for the Template.
Viewer Branch Manager is a default Invitee: Viewer on the process, whenever the Application Form gets signed, Branch Manager receives an invitation to view the Document as well.
12. When there are multiple invitees on the process, Assigned Field option gets added on the Field Settings. It is important to Assign the Field accordingly to who will fill the field based from the list of Invitees on the process.

12. Click Save as Template to finalise the Template’s Workflow
13. Set additional Workflow Settings for the Template and click Save
1. Add or update Template Name as well as Signed Document Name
2. Export the Data input by the Invitee as CSV on Completion
3. Get a Link – to generate the signing process as a Link
Workflow Settings:
4. Select a pre-built Email Template for Invitation Email or Completion Email
5. Add Attachments from Document Library
6. Additional Notification Recipients – Add default notification recipient when the Signing has started, very similar to email CC
7. Additional Completion Recipients – Send a notification to another person when the Signing has been completed
