This process removes the need for expensive identity checks and provides strong biometric-style proof that can’t be faked with static images. It’s an easy, secure way to verify identity and protect your business from disputes.
During the signing process, the signer performs simple, document-specific gestures while being recorded. This video is securely saved and becomes part of the document’s audit trail. The signed document also includes a secure link and password to access the video if needed.
Because the video confirmation is protected by tamper-proof digital signatures, it can’t be altered without breaking the signature—so you always know it’s authentic.
For maximum protection against sophisticated fraud, including the use of deepfakes, you can enable Video Confirmation with Realify.
This optional, advanced feature expands on the standard video confirmation by adding an audio and deepfake analysis step.
