Form Direct, is Secured Signing’s innovative product that allows customers to fill in and promptly sign an electronic form on their desktop (with PDF reader, browser – PC, Mac, Mobile), or on the Web.

How it works?
  1. The organisation / business needs to contact Secured Signing and send their form with their specifications for the format for signing they would like to offer to their customers:
    • PDF Form:
      1. Publish
      2. Invite
    • Online Form (HTML)
  2. Secured Signing creates a smart Form with a button for eSign online.
  3. The Form will be added to the organisation’s Secured Signing account and entitles them to the following options:
    • PDF Form Publish - (a) Adds a PDF Form to their website to be downloaded or sent as an e-mail attachment. Customers will eSign online
    • PDF Form Invite - (b) The customer will fill in the PDF Form, and eSign online
    • Online Form – The HTML Form is hosted at Secured Signing’s website - The organisation / business / user fills in the form online and invites people to eSign online.
    • Online Form - The HTML Form can be hosted at Secured Signing’s website or at the organisation’s website – the customer receives an invitation to fill in the document and eSign online.
  4. An e-mail invitation is sent out to customers for signing.
  5. Copies of the signed document in PDF format will be sent to all parties when the signing process has been completed.
