- Secured Signing creates a smart Form with a button for eSign online.
- The Form will be added to the organisation’s Secured Signing account and entitles
them to the following options:
- PDF Form Publish - (a) Adds a PDF Form to their website to be downloaded or sent
as an e-mail attachment. Customers will eSign online
- PDF Form Invite - (b) The customer will fill in the PDF Form, and eSign online
- Online Form – The HTML Form is hosted at Secured Signing’s website - The organisation
/ business / user fills in the form online and invites people to eSign online.
- Online Form - The HTML Form can be hosted at Secured Signing’s website or at the
organisation’s website – the customer receives an invitation to fill in the document
and eSign online.
- An e-mail invitation is sent out to customers for signing.
- Copies of the signed document in PDF format will be sent to all parties when the
signing process has been completed.
