I cover Macomb, Oakland, Lapeer and St Clair counties in Michigan I can either assist signers in their homes, offices or perform the closing at the title company, lender office or even a local coffee shop. I will ensure your client has an excellent signing experience and I look forward to working with you.
Knowing what is permitted and prohibited in this industry is crucial. I effectively contact signers to confirm appointments and most importantly I am confident when giving a brief description of the main documents to signers. Triple check every document to ensure every initial, signature, and date is properly filled out. The documents will be returned promptly by my local FedEx and able to do scan backs, if needed.
