Secured Signing was founded in 2008 by TME Consulting Ltd., a privately owned New
Zealand company established in 2003. Secured Signing bases its activities on the
extensive knowledge and experience of its team of experts in the development of
data security products and technology to a wide range of industries worldwide.

To provide a WEB application Software as a Service (SaaS)
based on PKI technology to enable secured document signing transactions.
By using the Secured Signing Web based digital signatures solution, companies and
organisations of all sizes are able to streamline processes, cut back on expenses,
expedite delivery cycles, improve staff efficiency and enhance customer service.
Not only do companies save on paper and storage space, they are also reducing power
consumption and dependence on carbon-producing services that would typically be
required to physically deliver a document to be signed off.
