“Trust is the foundation to total quality, and trust is made up of both character (what a person is) and competence (what a person does).” Stephen Covey
I would argue that this is completely true — not just to describe individuals, but also to define companies, organisations, and even technologies.

A lot was written about digital signature’s proven qualities, competencies, and usage. Recently, this was demonstrated by SAFE-BioPharma Association (January 19, 2012). Their analysis of the three major IT trends that will shape the life sciences industry in 2012 revealed a unique use of interoperable digital identities, and trial-related documents and records (until now, these were mostly paper-based) that were transformed into electronic format with the secure and legally binding digital signature technology.
The global SAFE-BioPharma’s digital signature and identity standards were jointly established with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Medicines Agency, and are commonly used in pharmaceutical and healthcare groups.
The Secured Signing’s Cloud-based PKI digital signature online service is built with this technology that fulfils what Bill Gates once said: “For computing to achieve its full potential and to enrich the daily lives of people and businesses everywhere, it must first be made as secure and reliable as it can be!”

Richard P. Feynman once said: “For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled.”
According to some financial experts, the latest Standard & Poor’s credit ratings cut of nine European countries may indicate a worsening global economic scene (Bloomberg, January 16, 2012). While a number of analysts give little weight to these downgrades, private and public companies are looking more than ever for technological solutions that enable them to DO MORE with LESS money, time, and resources.
Much as this blog plays a part in our public relations, its content reflects a very precise and reputable reality: the implementation of the secure and legally binding digital signature online service actually makes it happen!

Various businesses, Government agencies, and organisations across industries sign and invite their business associates and customers to fill-in and e-Sign contracts, legal documents, procurement papers, lease and sales agreements, and other documents while minimising variable, fixed, and directorial, operational, and processing costs. The elimination of the print, sign, scan, delivery, storage, and maintenance of documents saves time and frees resources (manpower and budgets) to make them available for the core job, and to greatly increase process productivity, and fast turnaround while achieving a high rate of return for the business, its customers, and its shareholders.
“Secured Signing has shortened and expedited our daily signing process to just a few minutes; this makes our business process much more efficient.” Asia Pacific Easy-Forex
“Secured Signing helps us in streamlining the workflow and assists in a vital fast turnaround of the contracts.” SDP Solutions Pty Ltd
Bottom line? In the current competitive market environment, it’s a critical mission to deliver smarter capabilities with exceptional efficiencies that carry dramatic savings. Nature is not fooled.

Behavioural characteristics of money lenders have significantly changed. When looking for a cause or explanation for the phenomenon, it is quite surprising to realise it is neither a result of the struggling global economies, nor people’s financial strain. It is simply due to the ever-advancing technological developments in today’s markets. These days, lenders can simply apply, complete an application form, digitally sign, and obtain a loan online, regardless of where they are during the precise moment of submission: at home, work, or on-the-go.
The simple online process offers financial services and their customers an experience that holds tremendous business and personal benefits: it shortens (to a few minutes), simplifies, and accelerates loan application approval processes, increases efficiency, improves customer service, eradicates environmental footprints including printing, faxing, and delivering related paperwork, reduces costs, and eliminates customer’s waiting time, and the uncomfortable feeling that often accompanies or prevents them from requesting financial assistance face-to-face.
What about security and trust, you may ask. We are all too well aware of these two components; they are of particular concern to any financial industry customer or service provider. The answer lies in the reliable digital signature solution that allows customers to sign their application online using the secured PKI digital signature technology. The customised technology and service guarantees proper controls, and is tailored to the financial provider and their customers’ needs whether they use the web, desktop, or mobile device (iPhone, iPad, or Androind).
And as Peter Drucker once said, “Quality in a service or product is not what you put into it. It is what the client or customer gets out of it.”

Digital signature PKI technology is implemented in almost every area of our lives: Business documents, contracts, purchase orders, service invoices, approval processes, shareholders’ agreements, and accounting forms are only a fraction of its multiple uses worldwide.
And it doesn’t stop there. The secure and legally binding exceptional technology that creates a complete paperless environment also offers a selection of solutions that meet different work circumstances, and suit a variety of businesses, budgets, and customers:
- Digital signature ‘off the shelf’: An on-premises solution for mid-large businesses with multiple signers that integrates with the organisation’s user management. Only authorised users get access to sign with a license transferability option available.
- Digital signature’s desktop: A stand-alone solution suitable for individuals or small organizations. Positioned on a single user / desktop computer, the unique one-user private signing key is issued and cannot be displaced.
- Digital signature online service: A cloud-based, (SaaS) compliant solution that allows organisations of any size and type – and their customers / business associates – to securely sign documents online. The signed document is sealed with the signatory’s trusted PKI User-Based digital signatures key. If the document is modified in any way, the signatures immediately become invalid! The cloud environment eliminates the need to install any software, provides users with acces s from anywhere, anytime, and includes the unique ability to design the signing process workflow.
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) digital signature technology has proved to be the only technology available today that ensures non-forgeable signatures. So, whichever is your chosen product, you can rest assured you definitely chose the best existing solution.
